We were very nervous about shipping our classic car, but Jane put us at ease. She was very clear and honest in her answers, even when I asked her questions about possible, "What if" and how the company would handled each situation. Jane kept in contact with me pre, during and post delivery, which also help ease our mind. The trucking company contacted me the day before to let me know the driver was on time and a possible time frame, if all went well. The driver also contacted me on the day of delivery to let me know a possible time frame. I would definitely use and recommend AutoStar Transportation again. The only reason why I checked off the car was dirty or mention the car was delivered dirty is because when I was reading reviews people seemed to be surprised their car was dirty, but my thought was why wouldn't the car be dirty, it was delivered via an open container from Washington to California. If I wanted a clean car, for a fee, I had the option to pay for a closed container. Great Service Jane, AutoStar Transport and our driver Mike. FYI, My street was too narrow for the driver to deliver our car to our home, so we had to meet Mike down the street, which was not a problem. The car ran and we had insurance.
