Sofia has shipped three cars for me over a course of two years. She's great every time - informative and prompt! I even recommended her to a family member who had a similar experience. Also, the driver was very professional and followed up with us whenever there was a delay. (They were still on time for their estimated pickup/drop off). I really trust this company and Sofia!
