The company moved two vehicles for me. The quote was prompt; customer service was excellent. This was a move for an estate and, so, no credit card could be used. The customer service person gave clear directions and had a process for handling this situation. Cars were picked up on time and delivered within the window specified. When an issue with payment cropped up on the day before delivery, the customer service person was able to resolve the problem immediately by working with me and the hauler. The vehicles arrived in excellent condition. I would say this company puts customer service first and I could not have been happier.
