Good Overall But Late Delivery

Overall my experience was fine. My car was not damaged, which was my primary concern about transporting it. And the price was competitive. However, my car was supposed to be delivered on Friday but the driver said he was not available after 4:00 to drop it off, so I had to wait until Monday to get the car. Everyone I dealt with was courteous.

From Valerie 888 802 8250 Ext 2221. Kim, I am happy that your vehicle arrived in a perfect condition. We always do a full screening on our carriers and we only work with the ones that have 95% rating and higher in order to provide a good service. Regarding the delivery date, I am sorry you had to wait a couple of dates but in this industry the carriers are the one who have the power over the dates and sometimes they have to do truck stops, resting, among others, so that’s probably why they had to delay the delivery. Once again I am sorry about this inconvenience but I hope besides that, everything else went ok.
