I had never transported a car before so I was not sure where to get started. After finding a site that took my request, I received many quotes and AutoStar was one of them. Their reviews were good but I did not have a comfort feeling. So I called them. I spoke to Yasmin and she was very nice and answered all my questions. Thereafter I followed up with Sheldon and he was very responsive. The whole process was so smooth that I highly recommend their service. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time and with no issues. Sheldon found a driver who was a gem of the person too. He waited 90 minutes at a Home Depot with a smile on his face to pick up my car. All in all, this experience is a 5-star.
