Sherry answered all of our questions and found several companies to transport the car home. If I had been able to print the credit card form the day she emailed it, the cost would have been lower. My delay caused an additional $155 cost for the carrier that could pick up on the day we wanted. The transport time was excellent - right on target with what Sherry thought it would be, and there were no damages to the car. The driver did call the night before the scheduled pick up asking if he could get the car that night, but it didn't work with our schedule. Sherry took care of contacting the driver and having the car picked up as scheduled. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the transport business, and had there been any issues, I feel she would have helped us through to the end.
