Engaged to remove a car left to me. Told them it had to be gone by a specific date. Told I needed to sign engagement contract and that the service could be done. On the day I'm told they need to dispatch someone else. At that point I cancelled service but was told that I needed to read the contract as they would be charging me $199. RIP OFF.
