My name is Danielson Pereira, i bought one car in Cincinnati, OH in IAA auction. i called, 123 Auto Transport to give me the price for shipping. this was in 05/30/2019, they charged me 800 dollar for deliver, to Rhode Island, i talked to Charles Hersh, he made sure he had a driver for delivery to next day. past 2 days i called him but he does not answer, the car the car stayed there for 1 week, i paid 40 dollar per day for 5 days,during that week i called 2 times a day,they always say they already had the driver,i always asked to speak with Charles but he was never. just 1 week later they got the driver. 123 auto transport is a bad company to work whit, please ran away. i lose money because of them.

To Whom it May Concern, The client is a four time return customer of Auto Transport 123, he understands that there is a window period for pick ups, we have offered to assist him with some of the storage fees, we did not change the price on the customer at any time. His vehicle was picked up and delivered in great conditions. Thank you, AT123
