To Whom it May Concern, Customers father previously requested a quote moving from CA to IL where he was provided a quote months prior. Dean contacted our office on 4/29/2019 to place an order going in the opposite direction IL to CA - He agreed and accepted the transport expense. There was no "bait and switch" as the transport was in a different direction. Customer called in on 5/9/2019 and was offered a discount on the order. Furthermore, when the order was dispatched the final payment breakdown and driver's information was sent to the Client indicating required amount due on delivery. We truly apologize if the contract, direction, and dispatch information was overlooked by the customer. We did stand by our word, and discounted the order $125.00. Thank you, AT123
