The overall experience was fine. The car was transported quickly and safely, no problems with car. The car was delivered directly to my driveway. That part of the service was great. There was a little mix up as to the date of the pickup. I originally asked to have the car picked up on a Tuesday but was later told it would be Monday. That meant the car would actually get to my house before we did. It required me to rent a car for an extra day so there was that expense as well as having to rearranged our schedule.
