I appreciate the customer service offered from Charlie and Danny when helping me learn about how the entire transaction was going to work. Everything went smoothly on there end as far as communication was concerned. They made sure to check if I had any further questions. I did not like that the driver did not tell me until the last minute that I would have to meet him for him to pick up my car. He also tried to get an extra $100 out of me for the car, but I stood my ground and went by what Danny and the contract said about items in my vehicle. My car and items ended up being fine!
