I just used autotransport123 to move my CRV from NJ to AZ. First of all - the salesperson was rude and pushy. That could improve.
Secondly it was clearly mentioned in my contract with them that I am allowed to take 100 lbs but their contractor - Paper Impex USA accepted only 50 lbs. There is complete lack of coordination between autotransport123 and Paper Impex. And I called their customer support multiple times to see if they can offset my loss in anyway and I am yet to get a response. I would not chose this vendor again.
P.S: My vehicle reached the destination before time.
