They're great! If you like being yelled at

Dealing with their sales rep, David Anthony was great, but once they received their deposit, I was no longer allowed to talk to him and communication with their Customer Service people was often delayed. Hearing crickets when a person already had my money created unease in me. I tried many times to reach my sales rep to clarify the process vs. bad service and always got someone else's voice mail. The car finally got picked up by a driver, who allowed me to make a copy of his license. Turns out he wasn't the same driver going the whole way to the destination. I had clearly informed both the sales rep and the driver that the person receiving the car is in the military and that the destination was a military base and that the customer is on a very strict schedule. The ladies in "Customer Service" claimed that they had not been informed of the recipients time limitations and yelled at her over the phone in the middle of her class. When I left a bad review after the car was on the truck I received a threatening call from the head of "customer service" and multiple times of me asking her to lower her voice to a professional tone did nothing. But hey, 5 stars if all you care about is that your vehicle arrive and don't care about how they do it.
