Got alot of promises, but no action.

I had made arrangements with these folks who sounded very knowledgeable and helpful, and gave them a 3-day window for vehicle pick-up. As the window approached, I tried continually (via phone and e-mail) to get a date pinned down. After a while my phone calls and e-mails were ignored. The window closed and I had to call a different carrier pretty much last-minute to get my car picked-up and shipped. When I notified 123 that I was forced to use a different company, their reply was to inform me I would have to pay a $100 cancellation charge (which I am in the process of disputing thru my credit card company). Their reviews looked the best of all the companies I talked to and researched. But they dropped the ball (and want me to pay for it).

Client chose to cancel out the reservation with Auto Transport 123 prior to the contract end date of 11/9/2018 - we try to provide the best experience possible when transporting vehicles, however depending on elements out of our control we are unable to guarantee specific dates for transport. David does have a credit on file if he wishes to utilize towards a future transport at any time. Respectfully, Auto Transport 123
