Bad Business

Upon calling this company, we were ensured that a delivery was going to be made in the time frame that was needed to complete an auto transaction. After being assured--three times--on the day of order that we would receive the vehicle, we followed up the day before [because we had not heard from the company, Brian] and found that the dispatching had not been completed. Instead of calling us to alert us to this, they were going to let us show up empty handed; thus causing us to lose a deal. I am EXTREMELY disappointed! This was EXTREMELY unprofessional, and potentially a bad "wrap" for our dealership. We are now having to send one of our salesmen to make the 14-hour run.

To Whom it May Concern- We have spoken to Daniel in reference to his concerns and immensely apologize that the transport did not work out. We have agreed to refund Reservation fee and again truly apologize the transport did not work out. Regards, Auto Transport 123
