Poor Customer Service

My review is similar to others. Very easy to work with to place order. After order is placed you have to initiate all contact to find out status of pick-up date. Order was placed on 4/18 with pick-up date scheduled for 4/24. No further contact from company so on pick-up date I had to call and inquire about what was happening. I was told they were waiting to hear from driver. I asked if vehicle would be picked up on 4/24 and was told that was the plan. No pick-up. I sent an email to salesperson that night asking for a call or email in the morning to update me. No response. I called salesperson on 4/25. Had to leave a message. No response. Called customer service later in the day and was told again they were waiting on driver. I asked if they were still interested in shipping the vehicle and they said yes and it would be picked up in 1-2 days. Finally received a call on 4/26 seeking some additional info on vehicle. Again, no firm commitment as to when vehicle would be picked up. Five minutes later I get a call from trucking company telling me they would pick-up vehicle on 4/27. Driver kept in contact with me from pick-up to delivery. No complaints with this part of the service but recognize once the driver is assigned you are dealing with a different company. Again, like some of the other reviews, customer service is incredibly poor but vehicle did get from point A to B without any damage and delivered within 1 day after delayed pick-up. Compliments to the driver. Probably will not use this service again.

Larry We are sorry our Rep was out of the office when you called in , we have a main ext you can always use You placed a order with the company with a 3 day window it was picked up within the 3 days once your driver was assigned you received a email with the dates and the drivers information The driver contact you shortly after that Your car arrived in great condition and in a timely matter!! Glad it worked out for you
