I was in a bind because I was getting ready to move out to California, and it was a huge price difference from one day to another to fly. I had to call back and try to schedule my pick up a day earlier. Janine got on the phone with Danny who helped me personally find someone to hold my car until pick up. He got him family involved who held the car for me. His mother was super helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Because the dropoff point was far from my house, he offered to pay for my uber back. Everything worked out at pick up. And dropoff was just as smooth. I will use Auto Transport 123 for all future needs, and I highly recommend this company.
