Damage the car while shipping and never got reimbursement from the shipping company

This company is basically same as other brokers. They give you quotes and find drivers or car carriers company to do the jobs. It all depends the drivers or shipping company services. First of all, the pick-up and delivery were late for a week or two. The worst part of my experience was that my car was damaged from the transportation and shipping company said they would pay the repair. However, they never write check to me. They kept saying they would write the checks next week. It has been 3 months from when I heard that. I try to contact auto transport 123 customer services. It surprised me that what they can do is just calling the shipping company for status verification. At the end day, you want to find a company with a reliable driver network, not like this. If you are lucky, you may have your car transported safely. Give a 1-start review for that at lease they are actual people answering the phone.
