Apparently Good Company But Made Bad Carrier Selection

When my first broker was unable to find a carrier for my car and it was 2 days past the original pick up date, I contacted AutoTransport 123 based on reviews in this website. Dan told me he WOULD find somebody and he did within two days. However, the company they found, Ground Force One, ended up screwing me, did not deliver the car as promised but ended up delivering the car to a shipper 60 miles from the destination point charging me extra due to unwarranted claims of delay and unprofessionalism of the company they were supposed to deliver to - see review under Ground Force One.

I do not fault Auto Transport 123 except their reportedly getting into the middle of the fracas between Ground Force One and the end company and except for their choice of Ground Force One.

Dear Steve Paine- We apologize for any inconvenience that happened during your transport. Ground Force One attempted to deliver the Vehicle on three separate occasions and the Destination contact was unresponsive to the driver. Car was delivered to a secure facility until we could get in touch with the customer which happened four days later. We if can do anything else for you please give us a call. We are happy your Vehicle was delivered safe and sound. Auto Transport 123
