Kimberly has been my shipping rep for two moves with my car, from Hawaii to Massachusetts and back again. Both times she has been incredibly responsive and helpful. She is knowledgable and explains everything super easily and made payment easy to coordinate. I had a great experience the first time and called her as soon as we knew we were moving back to see if she was still there; she was and had everything coordinated in just a few days!
