ASG arranged my new car purchase delivery from Illinois to Calif with Eclipse Logistics Inc in what should have been a simple 3-4 inside container delivery. 2 weeks later after numerous lies and excuses from Eclipse and absolutely little to no help in getting to the bottom of the problem from ASG we finally received the car. The car was received with all the windows down, filthy in side and additional miles on the odometer from when it was picked up. If I learned anything here, it’s that once your car is assigned a carrier and on that truck, you are at the mercy of that company and nothing and no one, not ever the company (ASG) that coordinated the transport can do anything about how your car handled and when it’s eventually received.

Hi Sam, I'm sorry you had this negative experience. It is unfortunate when trucks break down, even moreso when carriers are not straightforward about what is going on with your shipment. We value customer feedback on your experience with the carrier so we can improve our customer service and avoid truckers that do not provide 5-star service. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with this shipment.
