Kimberly has been instrumental during the entire process of each of my vehicle transportation needs. I am a returning customer for several years and I trust Kimberly with coordinating and communication. She follows up with communication even when she was on vacation to ensure details of the move was communicated and issues were solved. Even outside her area of responsibility, she continued to communicate with other carriers in a different country (Japan) to ensure my car was taking care of. I have every confidence with Kimberly and Auto Shipping Group to transport my vehicles when I'm ready to leave Hawaii.
