Kim makes Hawaiian Island Shipping an Ocean Breeze! Right away, she was easy to communicate with, she had all the answers to our questions, and she was in contact with us via text, email, and phone conversations the entire transaction, start to finish. With so many options for vehicle transport, you often seem overwhelmed with choices, but which one will get you what you want? We were truly blessed to have Kim take the wheel and she was absolutely amazing! She made our apprehensions immediately fade and gave us text and email updates during the entire trip to help us track the vessel's status across the pacific ocean. It wasn't but maybe a week and a half and we got a notification from Kim that our new Jeep had arrived!! A truly stress-free process and Kim was more than confidence inspiring with letting us know what was happening and what to expect. Thank you so much for your personal touch and considerations while dealing with our account. We cannot thank you enough for getting our new Jeep to Hawaii. Aloha and Mahalo!!
