Working with Gretchen was a stress free experience. Gretchen was professional, friendly and very helpful. Not having much experience with transporting a vehicle she was by my side with any question or issue I had. She stayed in touch during the entire process; making me feel that she was as much concerned about my transport as I was. I couldn't ask for a better facilitator. She was phenomenal from start to finish.
