I just wanted to reach out and ensure your leadership team recognizes Gretchen Hight for her exceptional service. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanted to transport a automobile. Didn't realize how many companies there were that offered this service. I was very suspicious and wary about being scammed - also warned by others of the possibility. Gretchen walked me through the program and said she would stick with me through the entire process. The entire process from scheduling, pick up and delivery to my home was less than five days. The car was delivered in mint condition. Gretchen followed up with me after the delivery to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely reach out to Gretchen directly the next time I need to transport a car.
