My truck may be old, but I have had it for many years and it has great sentimental value to me. Moving from Las Vegas to San Antonio can be very stressful in itself. I had originally set up a reservation with another company, but as time was running out I was getting no responses for some questions and I was starting to become frustrated and worry that my vehicle would not be picked up in time. Felicia, with Auto Shipping Group, was a pleasure to deal with. She informed me of the entire process and was able to explain certain things in a way that I could easily understand. She helped me set up a reservation with Auto Shipping Group and guided me through canceling my reservation with the company that I originally contacted. With little time to waste, Felicia got the order started and updated me regularly. When I wanted to cancel one of the cars on my order she was great about changing the order. When the dates for available pick up came, she let me know as soon as a transporter was available to come to my house to pick up the truck. When the transporter arrived he was very professional and took great care of my vehicle. The 1200 mile trip took the transporter 2 days to arrive at its destination. A few hours before the transporter arrived he notified me that he would be arriving soon so that someone could be at the residence to receive the truck. Felicia took much of the stress away from this very important part of my move. I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again and I would refer Felicia to anyone that is planning to ship a vehicle cross country or even across town. Thank Felicia for your awesome service
