Learned some lessons on this. Was given a quote, told 1-5 days for pickup. After day 4, I reached out, was given 1-10 BUSINESS days for pickup. The quote was the cheapest I found. I wish she had told me from the beginning, if you want your truck picked up at a decent time, you need to throw more money at the drivers. I learned this after DAY 11! Communication sucked. I had to put forth all the effort only to throw in an additional $700 dollars and boom, truck was picked up next day. Driver was AMAZING but he doesn't work for this company. It is posted on a board and whoever wants to pick up your vehicle, that is who gets it. Other companies I looked into have worst reviews and were hard to understand so it's basically what it is.

When you placed your order originally I was on vacation so one of my coworkers took the order for me. Yes the average time to find a carrier is 1-10 business days from the first date the vehicle is available, and that is in the Order and terms that you received when you placed your order. So that was in your email and I did tell you that time frame when I got back from vacation. Your quoted price was from July and you didn't ship until August, pricing is subject to change based on current gas rates etc. That is also in the Order and invoice you received when you placed your order. You were aware that we were a broker and not the actual transport company because you asked if we owned trucks and I told you we did not. Again I am sorry if you were misinformed but that was not the intention.
