I spoke with a few people from other transport groups but felt most comfortable working with Felicia from Auto Shipping Group. I chose her because she was knowledgeable in the field and was able to explain to me the whole process of how the shipment of my car would work. She also explained prices, since they are higher than normal, and why we wouldn't be able to find a cheaper price. After doing more research, I trusted her guidance. She was able to find us a shipping company that was local to the state the car was being delivered to. This was helpful since they knew a good location close to our house that they could drop off the car. (We live down a gravel road with not a lot of space for the truck to turn around in). When they picked up the car out of state, they were professional when the dealership was having issues finding the car. Felicia even followed up with us to ensure that communication was happening between me and the transport company. We got our car a day sooner than expected, and another follow-up from Felicia to ensure the car was delivered. Overall the experience was very good. Felicia was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions and made sure the car was delivered from start to finish. I would recommend her service to anyone else (:
