The level of professionalism far exceeded my expectations going into this transaction. I am a small business owner; so every little dollar matters, as such I was interested in purchasing a vehicle in Louisville, KY. I needed to have a quote quickly as the deal was time-sensitive, but shipping costs was a huge factor. Felicia responded to my frequent often frantic requests calmly and quickly even though it was Easter Sunday. The quote was by far the lowest that I received and Felicia followed up every step of the way to the transports completion. I'm sold!
