I first contacted Auto shipping group in October of 2020, while planning to have my car shipped in Feb 2021. I did a TON of research on auto shipping and was terrified with the review results I found. I had never shipped a car before and the stories of late pick-ups, scam companies and price gauging were everywhere. I found Auto Shipping Group and it was local to my area so I gave them a call. Heidi was absolutely WONDERFUL. I told her of my fears and she assured me that her company was honest and that the quote that was given would not change after transport. After a great conversation she asked that I call her back in Mid January, as I was calling too far in advance to schedule for Feb. I did call her back and I'm so glad that I did. Heidi worked with me thru every single step of the transport. She explained the entire process to me and was patient with my many questions. Her quote was spot on accurate, and true to her word. I realized late in the process that I had given an incorrect house number to the shipping address, and I contacted Heidi right away. She contacted the shipper and had the address changed right away. She also copied me on her correspondance and I really appreciated it. Heidi made this whole process super smooth. Our vehicle was picked up on the day quoted, right from our house, and delivered to Las Vegas one whole day early. The car arrived very dirty (lol) but in excellent condition. The entire time Heidi was checking in with me to be sure that I was satisfied. On a personal note, Heidi has a very friendly personality and we chatted about her experiences in the Las Vegas area. This is a person I could have coffee with and truly enjoy her company. Don't be fearful about shipping with this company ! They are truly GREAT!
