Kimberly did an outstanding job for her part and was always responsive to questions and contacts. The only glitch was with the actual driver who picked up my truck. He did not bring the correct size transport for the job so he took the keys and left the vehicle. He did come back a day later and got the truck but did not say anything to anyone. My neighbor was the one he picked the truck up from since I was already on my way to Alaska. He should have know what type of transport to bring since he was provided with that information and he should have let them know what his intentions were as far as returning for the vehicle. His behavior in my opinion was very unprofessional. However when I let Kimberly know about this she was all over it and got things handled in a very timely manner. I would absolutely user her again.
