Felicia was amazing! I was skeptical about shipping my car when I planned to move from Indiana to California, but she kept me updated through the entire process. My car was scheduled to be picked up in the first week of January, the window was 4th-6th Jan. I was worried because it was so close to New Years time , I thought it would be delayed. But my car was picked up on the 6th and that way I didn't have to rearrange my own schedule! From start to finish, Felicia constantly texted me with updates and the whole shipping and delivery process happened seamlessly. Wonderful service, I would definitely recommend Auto Shipping Group and specifically, Felicia!
