I purchased a vehicle in Scottsdale and needed it delivered to New Mexico. A friend of mine who had previously worked in the transport industry was helping me with the screening process and deciding who to use.. After going over the responses to our inquiry, I decided to use Auto Transport Group due to the professional correspondence I received from Felicia. She responded immediately to the inquiry as well as followed up with me because it took a while for the car to be ready for transport. She was very clear and consistent with her all of her correspondence. She quickly found the driver and immediately contacted me to let me know the details. Her attention to the details of the transport was flawless and the car arrived a day early. When the driver couldn't reach me, Felicia texted me to let me know he was trying to reach me. The driver was also very professional and the car arrived in perfect shape. I was very impressed with the professional manner she had throughout the entire process. I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again.
