I shipped my car from Upstate New York to Florida. Kimberly provided me with excellent customer service from beginning to end. She is very knowledgeable about the shipping industry, and gave me great advice about the entire process. She communicated with me throughout the shipping process and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle which helped to put my mind at ease. The car arrived earlier than was promised.
