Nichole- the fact that you found time to leave a review like this speaks volumes for your character- I have numerous time stamps of offers ( as you were told these are estimates from the getgo) and you either not answering your phone or texts or passing the offers up. You knew from the beginning this route was a slow one and that you were the only car on it- here is a timestamp for that exact conversatin we had HeidiS at 08/18/2020 08:10 AM: "you are still the ONLY car on this route so as soon as there is a carrier willing to come in for just one car I will call you" Here is an offer that Travis called you with that you declined- well didnt even bother calling us back on TravisJackson at 08/26/2020 11:39 AM: "Hi Nichole! this is Travis I work with Heidi. We have a carrier interested to pick up your car Today in 4-5 hrs from now and deliver Mon-Tue. They are requesting $1200 at delivery so it would be $1454 total. Would you like to take this carrier? please let me know. Its up to you if you want to take them but we will offer every available carrier to you. thank you- - that was a fantastic offer as I told you when I followed up. Here is another conversation you and I had HeidiS at 09/10/2020 10:57 AM: "talked to nicole and about her texts and reminded her she knew this route is slow- she also added additional weight to the car- - after I told her the rules - - and that 950 is not a set price it was an estimate- she is panicked to get it out. Didnt want to budge on price. Not to mention the endless amounts of call and texts I sent to you that we had no response back from you. It is a shame that you felt the need to leave a review that is a lie- myself and my fellow brokers reached out to you with offers and plenty of communication- when you quit responding we had no choice after two months but to CANCEL your order because it was a waste of our time. We can give 5 star customer service all day but if you dont respond timely or at all for that matter - how are we going to get your car moved???!!!!
