This was the first time that I had to transport my two vehicles from the West to East Coast. Not knowing the procedure or how it is done, I contacted several companies before deciding upon Auto Shipping Group. Although the quote was higher than the other transportation companies, I decided upon Auto Shipping Group because of Felicia. Felicia was patient and walked me through the whole process. She was always reachable and responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns (even after the cars were picked up on the way-she didn't disappear). Especially during the height of the pandemic, it was very nice of Felicia to be in constant communication about the status of my request. There was also a problem as the cars were going to arrive before I arrived at the location. However, Felicia worked with me in order to get the cars dropped off at a new location so that my relatives can receive it. Again, Felicia was patient, caring, and went out of her way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. If you are considering transporting your vehicle, please consider contacting Felicia.
