I worked with Mr Lance Staab in moving my two vehicles from the West Coast to the East Coast. Lance helped me understand the process and promptly answered my question I had between signing up and vehicle pick up. There was a last min change in the carrier and he informed me of the change and kept me updated with the vehicle up. My vehicles were delivered on time.
