Felicia was the liaison between the carrier of my car and I, and she helped me ship my car without any problem. As a first time shipper, I often had questions of how this process would work. She was quick to respond and clarify what I needed whenever I was unsure of a step in the shipping process. We worked together to pick a date that would best fit the time frame of me moving to Texas. The driver she contracted was very friendly and even got the car to me earlier than expected. The communication with Auto Shipping Group was amazing and I would highly recommend. I would also use this service again if needed.
