Thank you for the review.. As to the "meeting of the carrier". They only reason you would need to meet a carrier most of the time is because there are city limitations that prevent a carrier getting directly to you, or if it is unsafe for the carrier to get directly to your door. In your case, because you lived in a certain area of Washington DC, the driver couldn't clear a bridge and there are city limitations that are put in place, so at no fault of the carrier. This carrier offered to drive your vehicle to you and then uber back. Most carriers are willing to do what they can especially with the pandemic going on. Also when your order is placed, I do ask that you check out the shipping invoice that we send you and look over the terms and ask any questions. So I did ask that you read them.
