From the first contact with ASG agent Arnold Hight the experience was superb Upon contact Arnold’s customer service skills was above standard, he explained the contract and the steps it would take to transport my vehicle from point A to B Once a driver accepted the job,Arnold sent out a follow up his attention to details and quality assurance made this task easy. When there was a delay with getting a hauler assigned Arnold texted me the updates. If I had to do it over, I surely would choose ASG, INC The assigned driver even made contact today before entering Killeen “talk about a smooth transaction” Arnold Hight you’re the best thank you again for answering my call Extremely satisfied with your superior workmanship Ms.Hopkins and I will refer ASG
