To whom it may concern, I am Truly happy to give an outstanding review on the total satisfaction of highly customer service skills Arnold Hight presented form start to finish of the negotiations of the contract in finding a transporter to bring my vehicle from Mt. Vermon Illinois to Killeen, Tx Arnold keep me informed from start to finish. Every request I made he was able to fulfill. He contacted me when the vehicle was being picked up to informing me with the driver’s contact information, keep me in the know... I am extremely satisfied and most differently will refer to others as well, as using this company again if needed Outstanding customer service is truly a plus Thanks again Arnold Hight really needs a great bonus
