Excellent Service...when others couldn't deliver

I contacted Lance after my previous shipper (provided by the dealer) told me he couldn't ship my car door to door because I live in the mountains west of Denver. Lance assured me that he could give me door to door at virtually the same price, True to his word he found a driver in a short time and I received my car quickly with no incidents. With Covid issues, Lance warned that finding a driver on my deadline might be a challenge, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a call saying the car would be picked up a day after my requested date. Excellent! Throughout the short time we interacted - (well less than 2 weeks) Lance was thorough in his explanations of the process and giving me a heads up what to expect. He was also extremely quick to respond to my follow up questions via text and email. I appreciate the great job and will call Lance first for my next transport!
