When I have shipped my car across country, I have felt at times the contract was a declaration of war. With Arnold and Gretchen, I felt like it was a friendship pact. I hit a bump in the road (figuratively, not literally), and they worked with me to resolve my problem by working with me. And most importantly, they listened me and never assumed what I wanted. When it comes time to ship my car back in the fall, I am definitely calling Auto Shipping Group.
