We are so thankful to have been connected with Felicia when we requested a quote from Auto Shipping Group. Our biggest hurdle was finding a company who could guarantee us that they could find a driver who could pick up our car from the exact parking garage in New York (due to the pandemic, we were not physically there to be at pick-up which made things tricky). However, Felicia assured us from the start that this would not be an issue. We connected with her on a Friday (6/12), she worked with us on Saturday to get the reservation set up, and by Monday, she reached out to us that a driver had been found! We were so certain we were going to have to wait much longer to find someone who could handle this special request. Throughout the whole process, Felicia was very patient and thorough. She was timely in responding to our questions and also provided detailed updates throughout. Today (6/22), our car arrived in tip-top shape and Felicia reached out to us as soon as she had any status update. Thank you, Felicia, for helping us coordinate this move and for easing our anxieties about the whole process. Most definitely will be reaching out to her again in the future! Highly recommend!
