As if retiring from Active Duty Military doesn't create enough anxiety on its own, I had never shipped a vehicle before, and was very apprehensive about the entire process. Having heard and read about so many scams related to vehicle shipments, I spent a lot of time weighing options and talking to several shipment brokers. Kim at Auto Shipping Group took the time to answer all of my questions and provided personal reassurances that made me feel confident in ASG's outstanding ratings on Better Business Bureau. When I contacted the driver who had been identified to transport my vehicle, he informed me that he had cancelled that request since he could no longer justify the trip to Arizona. I will admit that this made me freak out a bit. But I called Kim, and in less than 30 minutes, she had a new driver for me. Everything from that point forward went as smoothly as possible, with no hiccups or hangups, and all exactly as Kim had outlined when explaining the process to me. If I ever have to transport a vehicle in the future, or need to recommend this service to anyone else, I would absolutely recommend Kim and ASG. Thanks so much for easing my anxiety about, and providing such great service throughout the process.
