Overall, from beginning to end this service was friendly, efficient, and professional. Communications were top notch and Felicia's help and follow-thru are quite commendable. The pickup date was missed by one day, but they still kept in touch, apologized, and showed up first thing the next day. That can be expected when a driver travels so far and detours many times to individual addresses. The driver was extremely courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
