I was dealing with an agent named Lance Staab from Washington state and agreed to transport my sons car from NV to SC where my son is station at for $950. He emailed us a copy showing the agreed amount of $950. My son put a down payment of $200 on his debit card. Following days I kept calling agent Lance to coordinate pick up time and day for my sons car. Lance Staab stated will call later and advise him to call my other son, where the car was located, to coordinate the pick up due to I was going out of range of cell coverage. Lance Staab never contacted my other son per my instruction, instead contacted my son who’s in SC (the one receiving the vehicle) via text and telling him that he found a contractor that will deliver the car for $50 more, my son never said “yes” nor replied to that text. Lance Staab never called me nor texted about any change in the price of the contract, I recieved another email from ASG showing the new amount of $1000 as the contract price and not showing the $200 down payment my son paid over the phone in debit and asking to esign the document. After reviewing the documents and noticed the changes I “DID NOT SIGN “, So I contacted Lance via phone and text about the change in contract price (I’m still not aware that Lance contact my son via text about the change in contract price) and asked him to correct the mistake, I spoke to Lance over the phone and he told me that he will only charge my sons debit card for $ 150 but did not explain why. I told Lance then that my son will pay the delivery driver $800. Lance Staab said yes and never mentioned to me about him texting my son about the price change. When the car arrived in SC, I was contacted by the driver/owner of the transport vehicle and told me that $850 is due upon delivery. Long story short I called Lance Staab and complained about the price change and he told me that my son (receiving the vehicle) agreed on the price. My son forwarded me Lance Staab’s text and it does show that my son said “yes” nor replied to Lance’s text. Lance argued that he got a verbal yes from my son. My son told me that Lance Staab never called him. I told Lance Staab that we didn’t mind paying the extra $50 if only he was upfront with it and not trying get the $50 in a sneaky way. When I told Lance Staab I will complain about him he texted me back quote unquote “I can keep complaining and no one gives a crap about it” which I believed after contacting “Kim” who identified herself as one of the managers and asked me to foward her the text Lance Staab sent me which I did to the number Kim gave me, Kim told me she will call me back... Kim never called back and never responded to my texts to call me back. I was told by another agent to call “ Stephanie “ who’s supposed to be from HR dept. which I called and called left messages never got an answer or text back. I called the “corporate “office number same thing no response no answer. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone base on my experience with their agent with Lance Staab, no response from managers and no response from corporate office if you have a complaint.

Good Day Leonardo, Sorry to hear about your dilemma, It's unfortunate that when things get tough financially and when we are cooped up due to this virus, people tend to try and take advantage of the situation. I sent text and called you to verify the price and you said Ok. Just from your review it seems like your all talk and no listen. When the driver picked up the vehicle he gave you the Bill of Laden, the price was clearly on it. I sent you our required Carrier info sheet and Docusign Agreement, Price clearly on it. This was on April 23rd and 24th. Your concern and issue did not arise til 4 days after the vehicle were already picked up. That date would have been April 28th, the vehicle was picked up on the 24th. I do my best to keep my communication open with my customers, but when some one calls and uses disrespectfully language I tend to end the conversation and let things cool down. To my dismay you continued to call and say explicit things. If that wasn't bad enough you disrupted the company after I explained we are all independent contractors and we handle our issues individually. I am deeply sorry for your misunderstanding of the situation. I hope the best for your family in this time of the virus. . This is Kim replying for my portion of this complaint. Yes I did take a call from you, and yes I did hear your issue. I told you I would look into it and have LANCE call you back. Not myself as I am not his manager, but one of the many managers here. The ONLY text I have from you is the text message you sent to me from your son or whomever that was from as its not identified. I did add that information to your order. I have NO other texts from you. I am sorry that things were not taken care of but I did take your call, and did forward your information to the appropriate parties.
