There were miss communications but I will take the blame. I didn't mention I was driving a Uhaul not flying to my new home. Customer service was excellent both end; the driver made it early fast and great communication also followed safety protocol Eric, super guy; the caller Gretchen did splendid in trying to help figure and inform any helpful info the whole delivery.
