One word is all Felicia needs (WOW!), but I’ll will expand upon that. Felicia has a very high level of communication, is detailed in her sharing of information, and responsive to inquiries. I started this transaction with another shipper, which was horrible, and cancelled on the day of pickup. Then started talking to another, and felt like I was talking to a used car salesman doing some bait and switch and the hard sell. He took my information in our discussions (I never contracted him, but was deciding between 3 shippers and told him this) and flagged my vehicle as if I had contracted them. Unbeknown to me, this was causing issue on getting a fair price from others. Once I decided to go with Auto Shipping Group, and started detailed discussions with Felicia, she advised me that before she attempted to find a driver to get me the fairest price, what to do to get my vehicle “removed from the system.” She wowed me from the onset. Explained the pieces - the whys, the hows, the whens, and tracked EVERYTHING. We are active military, and do this a lot. My experience has always been once they pick up a car….you constantly chase the carrier for updates and information. It is rarely provided before you ask, and many cases hear crickets until they are an hour out from delivery. Not the case with Felicia. She’s hardwired now in my contact list to use in the future and share to others. Felicia gives superior customer service and is a big asset to her very professional company. Wished I had her name when we moved back from Germany. A++
