All went well. I directly contacted ASG since I had previously used them and avoided all the calls from other carriers dying for my business,. Felicia was my agent and did a great job. No issues with pickup or dropoff. Instructions along the process were clear. The only doubt was exactly which day or time the driver would pick up as timing and availability was critical to us in this case. Price was good. Would do business again with ASG.
